He started his career as a pay station collector and later served as Ogden district sales manager. In 1955 he rejoined the directory fTepirtment at Salt Lake City. Set to Jell. CHICKEN SALAD cups cooked chicken, cut Into cubes 1 cup diced canned pineapple, drained 3 tablespoons sour cream 12 cup almonds, silvered a little salt to taste Chill chicken and pineapple. When ready to serve, combine with almonds, seasoning and mayonnaise mixed with sour cream. Serve on lettuce and garnish with parsley and pl-- v mien to 2 HEAVENLY SALAD 1 cup crushed pineapple tablespoons cornstarch cups small marshmallows 1 small bottle red cherries 12 pint whipping cream 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Drain syrup from pineapple and cherries .Into saucepan, add cornstarch moistened with water, add to cherry and pineapple Juice; bring to boll. Remove from fire; add to pineand marshmallows, apple, cherries cut Into small pieces. Whip cream, add sugar and vanilla; fold Into fruit mixture.
