Georg psychiatrist, 16 W. J. Smith, 6397 South 2300 lac tad president of the Utah State Psychiatric Association at the organisations annual meeting Monday, prll 27. He succeeds Dr. Eugene Faux of Provo. Dr. Smith la a graduate of Western Reserve Medical School, Cleveland, Ohio and took his residency as psychiatrist at the University of Michigan before coming to Salt Lake City. Dr. Smith has a very special Interest In children and adole-cen- ts and la a board member at the Holladay Childrens' Center, president on the board of Catholic Charities, editor of the Intermountain Psychiatry Association newspaper. He is also a consultant at P rimary Eut, was Childrens Hospital and for th Salt Lake City School District childrens health service. He resides with his wife Joanne, who Is a case worker at the Family Service Spclety and the couples four children. GIRL SCOUT COURT Girl Scout Troop 260 held of Awards ceremony Butler Third Ward, April 24. The theme The evening was Growing Up Tree", suggested by a new song written especially for Girl Scouts. Ormsby, 6362 Meadow Crest Road (2210 East ) was named trustee for the Utah Pearl Harbor Survivors Association which has been granted a charter by the national organization. At a dinner meeting In Provo, April 26, the approximately 65 known survivors In Utah elected first officers and Major, Ormsby was with the Army Air Force.andheandhls family were stationed at Hlckam Field at the time of the Pearl Harbor disaster. Add beaten egg. Beat until creamy. Strain pineapple. Add cream and pineapple to other batter. Line shallow pan with waxed paper. Cover pan well with crumbs. Sprinkle lightly with pineapple Juice. Put about 13 of pineapple mixture on crumbs. Alternate crumbs and pineapple mlxtur ending with top of crumbs. Secret Is to keep dry. Dont let "butter get too soft and strain pineapple well. 2-- 14 small package vanilla wafers cups milk package Instant vanilla pud- 12 1 ding mix 1 cup pineapple cottage cheese Line an 8 Inch cake pan with vanilla wafers, bottom and sides. Crush about 12 or 14 waffers Into fine crumbs (about 12 cup) and sprinkle on bottom crust where wafers do not meet. Reserve the rest for decorating top of cake. Pour milk Into mixing bowl; gradually add vanilla pulling mix, beating just until smooth. Mixture will be thin. Fold In 12 cup of the pineapple cottage cheese, folding until blended. Pour into wafer-line- d pan. Make cross bars with the remaining wafer crumbs and pineapple cottage cheese for the top. Chill for several hours. Serves 6 to 8. begins at 8 P. M.
