It deals with human relations as well as any American film has to this time and it manages to do it with a love story of considerable charm and entertainment. You can't help leaving A Patch of Blue feeling better for having seen it. The story is of a blind white girl and her growing love for a Negro she accidentally meets. She also has a pretty bad home life, in fact the situation there is so bad that it sometimes tends to get in the way of the basic situation. Anybody A LYRIC kki a would look good in compari- son to what she has. Its an movie excellent however, honest and extremely moving. . . see-wha- - - - - The Rare Breed CAPITOL A fair western, thats all.
