Show OIL & MINING JOURNAL Page 4 Sept. 22, 1969 Radiore Uranium reactivation, dividend Radiore Uranium Co. of Salt Lake City, has been reactivated under new management after being dormant for about 10 years, according to John L Anderson, new president. The company has acquired a group of 10 uranium claims located southwest of the Dirty Devil Uranium Mine near Green River, Utah. The Dirty Devil Mine is located about 10 miles north of the famous Hidden Splendor Uranium Mine, which was sold to Atlas Corp. in 19SS for $10 million. Radiores claims are known as the Tea for Two - TMRNo. MO. Radiore has also entered into the petroleum industry with acquisition of one third of a 40 oil per cent interest in a 40-aclease at Rangely, Colorado, Mr. Anderson said. Uranium Services Inc., owns the other two thirds of the 40 per cent interest and re John E. Schumacher, of Rangely, owns the remaining 60 per cent interest. Mr. Anderson pointed out-tha- t there is a producing oil well about 150 feet southwest of Radiores drilling site. The new oil lease is located about one half mile northeast of Douglas Creek where several large oil wells are now producing. Mr. Anderson said that shareholders must have stock transferred into their names by Sept. 25, 1969 to participate.
