bond election PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the board of education of sevier school district in sevier county utah a county chool district of the FIRST CLASS N within said s aid county pursuant to I 1 law aw and requisite corporate action has called and hereby calls a special election of such qualified electors of said school district as shall have paid a prop property erty tax therein in the year proceeding prece oling eding such election to be held within said district on wednesday the ath day of july A D 1926 at which election there shall be submitted to the electors qualified as aforesaid the following proposition to wit vit QUESTION SUBMITTED shall the board of education of sevier school district in sevier county utah for the purpose e of raising money for purchasing school sites for building and purchasing one or more school houses and supplying the same with furni furniture ture and nece necessary apparatus an and d for improving the buildings and grounds be empowered to issue issue negotiate and sell the bonds of said district to an amount aggregating the principal sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars comprised of bonds in the denomination of one thousand dollars each bearing interest at the rate of four per cent 4 per annum payable semiannually semi annually said bonds to mature and be payable serially one year after date of issue and each succeeding
