the matter of drainage district number five to all persons interested on oil the 5 ta day of may A D 19 1919 19 a petition signed by more than one third of 0 the land owners owning a major portion of the lands within the boundaries of sevier county drainage district number five as hereinafter set out was presented to the board of county commissioners at a regular meeting of said board of county commissioners asking for the creation of said district due notice of said petition was duly given by order of the board of county commissioners by publication in the richfield reaper once a week for three consecutive weeks tho the last publication being more than ono one week prior to T may 31 11 1919 which was the date fixed tor for hearing said petition and by posting in in three public places in III sevier coun county ty utah aul within the boundaries boundary boun darl e s of said district tor for a period of three weeks prior to said 3 day 0 of f mr MI A D 1919 said hearing was regularly ha biad d on the said day of may 1919 and a proclamation in forni form as required b by y law was wai duly made on oil the said lay of may A D 1919 and thereafter duly placed on record and posted in three public places in sevier county utah one of which places was nias within the boundaries boundary boun darl es of said district and tho the board of su perv sois sols in said proclamation I 1 named duly qualified and entered upon their duties as such the board of supervisors lid did on the day of july 1919 file with the clerk of sevier county a report ns as i squared required by section 2053 of the complied compiled laws las of utah 1917 as amended by chapter 41 of the taws laws of utah 1919 in which report the said supervisors recommended that certain tracts of land therein described belonging bolon gilIg to william ogden frank M ogden and axel ael Xi olson be within the boundaries of laid aid drainage district number five ind said william ogden frank am M ogden ind and
