Show g ab ituau ies sms MRS DINAH JACKSON funeral services will be held friday at I 1 p m in the sigurd ward chapel for mrs dinah burrows jackson 90 who died early tuesday morning at the home of her daughter mrs lydia haslam of salt lake city burial will be in the glenwood cemetery friends may call at the sigurd ward chapel between 12 and I 1 ocl ock before the services mrs airs jackson was born bom in england april 24 1847 As a young girl she joined the L D S church in her native land and immigrated to the united states she lived in new boik where she met and married thomas jackson while lie he was there is as a missionary and came to utah after her marriage she lived in glenwood until her family was grown and later made her home at sigurd and in salt lake with her daughter she was president of the glenwood ward relief society for 15 years and was active in church affairs as long as her health permitted sh she c w was as the mother of nine children of whom the following survive george jackson Jack ephraim mrs lydia haslam and mrs fannie dastrup of salt lake and mrs hermione Herm lone hill roosevelt thirty grandchildren several great grandchildren and two brothers george burrows of alberta canada and frank burrows of portland oregon survive also |
