Show obituaries I 1 1 ANNIE lACELIA fl J POULSON funeral services were held on thursday afternoon alte moon in the first ward chapel for mrs airs annie macelia jessen poulson 76 widow of christian poulson who died monday june 5 at the home of her daughter mrs airs chell hopkins mrs poulson had been ill for 6 months bishop J P F ogden presided at the services speakers were pres frank ogden and W T thurber atwol the relief society choins sang two numbers ill go where you want me lie to ac go and sometime well understand A duet one fleeting hour was sung by mrs leonard ogden and mrs verl ogden and a duet duct in the garden was sung by mrs moomi jensen and mrs H W keate the invocation was by J oseph joseph ogden and the benediction by wI W A president E W poulson dedicated the grave the pallbearers pall bearers were C P christensen orson P F christensen arthur poulson henry poulson parley and milton poulson 0 ISAAC RO ROBERT BERT funeral services were held sunday for isaac robert 80 who died at his home thursday june 8 after a short illness bishop V L cowley presided at the services speakers were A W buchanan john henry payne J C cowley golden buchanan and bishop cowley mrs george read sentiments of condolence musical numbers were a quartet jesus lover of my soul composed of fred jackson ren reeves oscar cowley and stanley davis accompanied by mrs elwood buchanan on the piano a vocal solo oh my father mrs jos accompanied by miss jessie on the piano vocal duet that silver haired daddy of mine melvin and ellis anderson accompanied by mrs jos buchanan on the piano a vocal solo face to face clarence buchanan accompanied by miss aliss jessie cowley on the piano vocal solo in the gat garden den miss aliss accompanied by miss jessie co cowley aey the invocation was by albert and the benediction by C W powell jr interment was in the glenwood cem detary where jay W dedicated the grave pallbearers Pall bearers were grandsons grandson of ir evan and an I 1 ell chis ii an A d lerson e alvin ivin jay rex and hal ol 01 d r oyd A mr 1 r was born at ephraim utah january 18 1859 a son of peter and catherine mickel john he married mai mary y jane buchanan november 24 1881 in the st george temple lie he took an active patt pait in church affairs having served as president of the M 1 I A for several years mr had lived in venice for the past sixteen years he is survived by one daughter mrs air s carrie anderson three sons willard harold and la mar of venice eighteen grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren two half brothers thomas of provo and john of fountain green and an aged age d step mother mrs mary J of fountain green M J funeral funer al services will be held for M J mallory of sigurd 71 thur thursday s at 2 21 p in in the sigurd ward L D S chapel mr mallory died tuesday afternoon of brights disease he was born in winston davies county missouri on november 3 1857 1867 to elizabeth A and L al mallory he married ida marksberry of winston on february 14 1892 mr mallory came to sigurd in 1910 where he acted as production superintendent of the jumbo plaster mills until 1932 since that time he has served as production superintendent of plaster mills at cedar city and levan he was an active member of the L D S church surviving besides his widow are a son and daughter leo J mallory of sigurd and mrs J B foster of boise idaho three sisters mrs airs alice covington cincinnati ohio mrs airs nancy reynolds pat jonsburg tons burg missouri and mrs letha mahar los angeles one brother H E mallory shreveport louisiana and three grandchildren grandc hUdren burial will be in the sigurd cemetery |
