Be it re3clr?d by the Legislature of the s State of Utah, of nil members elected to each house concurring therein : SECTION t Sections to be amended. That it is proposed tp amend Section 13 of Artie! VI of the constitution of the State of Utah so that the same shall read as follows : $ SECTION 13. Vacancies to be filled.
