If you hive not been fortunate enough to attend one of these demonstrations you have missed alreat The supper which was prepared the Super Maid way, was cooked without the use of water, or seasoning everything being cooked in its oven juice. You would be surprised how good things taste without the use of salt or water. The supper was one of tbe most delicious meals the Editor has ever eaten. If you ever have a chance to attend one of these demonstrations, do not miss it. 1 Machine Pluck Chickens Machinery Is being employed in farming to a greatec extent every year, one of the latest inventions being an appliance which plucks chickens in the course of a few seconds. Two local boys were placed on probation by probation officer Stanley Wilson for 30 days for entering and taking eggs from peoples chicken coops. We do not. wish to mention any names and hope the boys will not attempt" to do anything of this nature again. Little offenses like these boys, lead te larger crimes, and if yon do not get caught, you will try it again and again, each time being orse than the other, until you do not care what you do. I would say to all boys, just before you do anything that you know is not right, think what the consequences will be if you should get cautoht, and vou will surely get caught if you keep it up. And think again of the sorrow and jjrief you will bring to that dear old mother of wonrs. Think, boys of the outcome before you do any of these things. j.
