Totalling 110 class hours, the course will count for 4 college credit hours and qualify an individual as a certified EMT. 3-- 3uefner f a'.,.-.- -- IW" Bear Lake Office 148 South Bear Lake Blvd. Tentative class hours are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm at North Rich High School, and Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00 pm with an hour lunch break in the L.D.S. Cultural Hall. Half of the class will consist of splinting, bandaging, extricating from cars and other practical experience. The other half features lectures from doctors, nurses, EMT instructors, specialists from Salt Lake and Life Flight, and others from Logan. Auto, Fire. He served as a member of the Garden City Town Board for four years. Survivors include his wife Viola of Garden City; two daughters, Terry Cook, Garden City, and Mary Cook, Logan; and one son, Eugene Cook, Logan. Also surviving are three brothers, J. Vernon and Lew of Logan, and Oris Kaa of Cokeville, Wyoming, and one sister, Loa Lambom oi Laketown. Three grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were held Saturday, December 17 in Garden City. He served in the Bishopric for eight years, on the High Council for two years and held the position of Ward Clerk for seven years. He also served as ,d as Sunday school superintendent and president of the Mutual. He was serving as a home teacher at the time of his death. Mr. Cook held seats on the Rich County Planning and Zoning Commission, the Garden City Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Rich County school of the Bear Lake board.
