Colonel, Utah Army National Guard. His new assignment is Action Officer, Program Analysis and Evaluation Directorate, Office of Chief of Staff, U.S. Army. He will be working at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Lund has just completed a course of training in operations research and systems analysis at Ft. Lee, Va. While in Utah, he served as recruiting retention manager from He moved to Virginia three years ago, where he served as chief of recruiting and chief of resource management, recruiting retention management center, Army National Guard, Arlington.
