Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that on December 22, 1986, the Board of County Commissioners of Davis County, Utah, "The Board," adopted a resolution declaring that the public health, convenience, and necessity makes it desirable for the Davis County Solid Waste Management and Energy Re-- i overy Special Service District to annex Clearfield City for the purpose of providing garbage services within the area thereof, and providing for the holding of a public hearing on the annexation of Clearfield City to the Special Service District at a regular meeting place of the Board in the Davis County 28 East Courthouse, State Street, Farming-ton- , Utah 84025, at 5:00 p.m. on January 26, 1987. The boundaries proposed for annexation to the Davis Coun- ty Solid Waste Management and Energy Recovery Special Service District are coterminous with the corpor rate Cle..- - oundaries of tield City, Utah, which corporate boundaries are located entirely within Township 4 North, Range 1 4 West, Township North West and , 2 Township Range 5 North West Salt 2 Lake Base and Meridian. The property is further described as being north and west of the corporate boundaries of Layton City, east of the corporate boundaries of Syra- cuse and West Point Cities, south of the corporate boundaries of Sunsdff and Clinton Cities and also south and west of the corporate boundaries of Hill Air Force Base.
