PARRIS United Press Staff Correspondent LONDON, April 3 lR Organized Organ-ized French resistance to the Nazis, led by a famous general who is gathering an army in the Savoy Alps, swelled today. United Press dispatches from allied headquarters in North Africa Af-rica said veteran troops had flocked flock-ed to the colors of the general to await the day when they can help an invading allied army. Sabotage throughout France has grown enormously, these dispatches dis-patches said, and Nazi guards have been increased. The patriot army in the alps which the Nazis recently tried unsuccessfully to quell, was said to b - in need of weapons. Gen. Honore Giraud, French leader in North Africa, goaded the Nazi Chief of Government Pierre Laval, with a letter broadcast broad-cast by Radio Algiers which said: "In Tunisia French troops have begun their assault. They're in full action. Do you hear?" Sound effects of machine-guns and bombs punctuated the reading.
