The jury has been listening " to evidence tending to prove or disprove dis-prove that Payson city was responsible respon-sible for the severe burns and nervous ner-vous shock Miss Robinson received July 13, 1932, when she attempted to turn .on the light in .the bathroom bath-room of her home in Payson. Photographs - placed before the jury by Miss Robinson's attorney, R. W. McMullin, show a severe burn on Miss Robinson's leg and she further alleges she has been permanently injured about the head and back py the shock from which was hurled to the floor.
