Notice Is hereby given that a meeting of the stockholders of the West Union Canal company will be held at ' the Lakevlew ward hoase on Satur- day tb 3tl1 dT of February, A. D. 1921, for the purpose of voting to amend Article XVII of the Articles of Incorporation so as to read tubstantlally as follows: ARTICLE XVII.
