The case of the Provo Reservoir company against Provo City, et al, was filed February 6, 1914, by the ProvoReservoir company and there are several hundred defendants in the case who are direotly affected . exclusive of the population of Provo. Since the filing of the suit, the cazo has been before the district court and Judge Morgan has been giving temporary hearings and has appointed , the water commissioer for 1914 and 1915, and the waters of the Pro-vriver, were distributed under the strict orders of the court.
