The refreshments also car-- riedout in the general '"color scheme will contain a novel red, white and blue brick ice cream which 'will be served with arsmall silk American flag. The- - chief amusements are new and carefully planned gripes, in-- eluding the testing of the senses, and an observation - game, for which prizes - commemorative of the first president will be awarded.
