Logan police arrested Michael L. Hans at home about 7 p.m. Monday, Logan police Lt. Greg Ridler said. Police are holding Hans as the prime suspect in a string of public molestations involving young women and girls that began about two months ago. He has been charged with three counts of sexual abuse of a child and three counts of forcible sex abuse.
