Congressman Leatherwood Wednesday notified State Senator Leroy Dixon, who with Judge James B. Tucker spent several weeks in Washington in the interest of the con-gro- project, that the preliminaries for the proposed reclamation project had been completed and that it is now up to congress. According to Senator Dixon all of the plans as worked out by the in Utah congressional delegation with himself and Judge are incorporated in the Tucker Lentherwood bilL The report of the fact-findin- g commission, in which the proposed project Is approved, has been sent to congress with the approval of President (,'oolidge. Mrs. Culley paid a tribute to the Springville high school national art exhibit and stated that the Ogden visitors had just spent a profitable afternoon visiting the exhibit previous to coming to the Kiwanis meeting. She also refered to the monument lielng erected in the Springville City Park, which Is a contribution of C. B. Dnllin and is a memorial to the Springville and Mnpleton boys who lost their lives in the late world war. After commending the Service work of the Springville Star Legion in sponsoring the move, she snid, "I wonder if the people of appreciate what it Springville moans, to bnve a 'Dnllin' in your city, for" she continued, "New York, Boston, Philadelphia and other big eastern cities consider it something exceedingly great to have a 'Dallin' in their parks." Mrs. Culley said.
