The compulsory school for delinquent de-linquent fathers and mothers, begun be-gun 18 months ago. now has mors than 250 "alumni." Parents are referred to the school from three groups: 1. Those appearing in juvenile court because of their children's delinquency and those charged with neglect or other illegal acts deemed detrimental to child wel fare. 2. Parents whose attendance is "suggested" by truant officers or social agencies. The parents sre told to attend a course of lectures or face the al ternative heavier penalty.
