Eighteen dances created by women wo-men and ' men members of the "Y" Dance club fascinated several sev-eral hundred spectators with representations rep-resentations of the effects of war and peace, despair and aspiration. Miss Margaret Burton directed the review. Folk dances of the small conquered con-quered European countries, quaint and glad, were shown interrupted by the hand of war and the dancers danc-ers sent cowering from the scene. Other representations of history were the Puritan dance and the free dance, expressing America's search for freedom. General manager of the dances was Ethel Clark. The others who participated were Flora Adams, Katherine Jones, Catherine Cox, Rhea Robins, June Waywell, Blanche Weight, Helen Gowans,' Jeanette Gray, Roberta Holt, Alice Maloney, Beth Naylor, Phylli3 Weight, Venice Whiting, Geneve Hickenlooper, Tess Tyler, Katherine Kath-erine Swenson, Lucy Hodgson, and Wesley Burnside. Jane Thompson was accompanist, Vodia Andrus in charge of properties, Dorothy Ballard, stage manager, Mary Deane Peterson, in charge of dressing rooms. LEHI NEWS Members of the Bridgedere club surprised Mrs. Lee Rick at her home, Friday evening, prior to her departure for Grand Junction, Colo., to make her home.
