The high school fund apportion ment, first of the school year, totaled $66,146.64, while : the dis trict school fund distribution eighth of the school year, was $823,902.38. ' , Mr. Skidmore said the district school fund apportionment raised the total for the year to $3,308, 527.85, or $23.05 per capital The districts will receive enough more td make $25 per capita. Of the total apportionment Provo school district received $28,-883.68 $28,-883.68 from the . district school fund and $1,97736 from the high school fund. Oldest "lifer" in the country, it la believed Thompson observed his 103rd birthday early this month Now his health is failing and he is confined lnthe prison hospital.
