Barbara Clyd Florence Marsden and Thelma Farnaworth were in Charge of the affair. " . - An 'appropriate theme of flsfv ing time was portrayed to honor the girls who are seeking ex perience in a new pool of ad venture. Attractive tables were, set m the garden of the Hotel Roberta, with rippling water from the fountain as a background. Daincy fishing poles were cast as place cards and a beautiful centerpiece qf roses completed the scene. Clarice Larsen was officially licensed li-censed to act i as toastmlstress and guide - LaVadis successfully on Its way. Virginia Meiling gave hints from the alumni for fishing fish-ing success. A fine tribute was given the girls by Margaret Boy-er, Boy-er, a charter, member. Beth Ann Latimer gave a freshmen's view of what coeds are looking for in college. The LaVadis trio composed of Elaine Montgomery, Ruth Star- ley and vvilla Thornack added at mosphere to the breakfast with their songs. The senior girls were presented present-ed with LaVadis friendship bra celets, beautifully engraved witn the unit name in old English writ ing. .
