Not in years has there been such favor to a proposal before Salt Lake City's electorate reason for which may be that a series of different investigations each have resulted in the conclusion that the city is in urgent need of more water and that Deer Crock is the best ossiblo means of obtaining it. Proponents of the proposition however, maintain that it is not sufficient that Salt Lakers be lassivcly favorable to partici-latio- n in Deer Creek. That favorable attitude must e expressed a vote November 23 so that the water district will know it has a mandate to act for the people. et the pi Sen Mail; SPECIAL ANNOUNCEiMENT (DiAlanaL JskphotUL dlabn. foduatL diL (bay JhankAqhiwp.
