NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Pleasant Grove City Board of Adjustments will meet Wednesday, April 2, 1975 at 7:00 p.m. to review the request of Wayne Martell for a side yard variance for their vacant lot located at approximately 205 East 300 South. Mr. Martell is desirous of constructing a home on this lot but because of the narrowness of the lot and the location of the existing home on the west it will be necessary to obtain a variance to the side yard requirements and distance between buildings. 7:15 p.m. The board will also review the request of John Isaacson for a variance to the zoning ordinance to allow them to construct a residence at 780 South Main. This address is in a C-- 2 zone and houses are not a permitted use in this zone. Mr. Isaacson is requesting a variance so that he can build his home.
