Show Election Notice TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS ELEC-TORS OF PLE A S A N T GROVE CITY, UTAH COUNTY, COUN-TY, UTAH. Take notice that on the 19th day of January, 1971, an election elec-tion will be held in Pleasant Grove City, Utah County, Utah at the places set out below for the purpose of submitting to such qualified electors of said City the following propositions: PROPOSITION NO. 1 Shall the City Council of Pleasant Grove City, Utah, be authorized to issue the General Obligation Bonds of said City in the amount of not to exceed Three Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($375,000), bearing interest at a rate or rates not to exceed eight per cent (8) per annum, and due and payable in not to exceed twenty-five (25) years from the date of said bonds; these bonds to be issued and sold for the purpose of defraying all or a part of the cost of constructing construct-ing improvements and extensions exten-sions to the water system and acquiring additional water for the water system of said City? PROPOSITION NO. 2 Shall the City Council of Pleasant Grove City, Utah, be authorized to issue the General Gen-eral Obligation Bonds of said City in the amount of not to exceed Twenty-Thousand Dollars Doll-ars ($20,000), bearing interest at a rate or rates not to exceed eight per cent (8) per annum and due and payable in not to exceed twenty-five (25) years from the date of said bonds; these bonds to be issued and sold for the purpose of defraying defray-ing all or a part of the cost of constructing improvements and extensions to the sewer system in said City? Said election will be held at the following polling places and the persons indicated as follows will act as election officials of-ficials : Voting Districts No. 2, No. 5, and No. 9: Polling Place PI. Grove City Hall; Election officials, of-ficials, Cora Messersmith, Cummorah Cullimore, Zelda Freeman, with alternate Joyce Walker. Voting Districts No. 3, No. 4, No. 7, and No. 8: Polling place Pleasant Grove Sr. High School with Election officials Evelyn Schoonover, Lorna Hall, Beul-ah Beul-ah Whiting; alternate, Lois Jorgensen. The polls shall be open between be-tween the hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 8:00 o'clock p.m. There is to be no special registration of voters for such election and the official register regis-ter last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election, except that the County Coun-ty Clerk of Utah County will register at his Office during the regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays holi-days and except during the ten-day period immediately preceding the bond election, any person who on the day of election will be a qualified elector elec-tor and will register such persons per-sons as provided by law. The County Clerk will make available avail-able or will cause the registration regis-tration agents to make available avail-able at the above-described polling places a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered electors entitled to use such voting places. Notice is further given that on Monday, the 25th day of January, 1971, that being within with-in ten days after said election, the City Council will meet at its regular meeting place in Pleasant Grove City, Utah, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., and canvass the returns and declare the results re-sults of said election.
