That's the best that could be said for tt. Rain and snow fell in various amounts during four of the seven sev-en days. The total in measurable measur-able moisture was almost half an inch. Except for the last day of March, daytime temperatures were mostly in the 40s and 50s. At night it was freezing or below be-low the majority of the time. Even at that, local residents have been fortunate. High and damaging east winds have played play-ed havoc in Salt Lake and Davis Counties. Thanks, again, can be given to good Old Mt Timp. If there Is anything good a-but a-but the unseasonable cold, it . could be that fruit buds are ' still dormant. How it all ends will be the determining factor , as to whether we will have a fruit crop this year. There was no improvement at 8 a.m. Tuesday morning.
