Show Funeral Rites for Errol IV. Robbins Held on Tuesday Funeral services for Errol W. Robbins, who died Feb. 5, 1978, were held Wednesday, Feb. 8, 1978 at 2 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove Stake Center under the direction of Bishop Paul E. Allen of the Fifth Ward. Speakers at the services were Doyle B. Young and Wendell D. Nielsen, and Bishop Allen also gave remarks. A life sketch was given by Patricia Robbins. Vocal numbers were given by William E. Petersen, who sang "Beyond the Sunset" and "In My Fathers House Are Many Mansions". Prayers were given by Ruelon Robbins, Terry A. Larsen and Dr. Rex G. Babb, and the grave in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery was dedicated by Robert M. Searle. Pallbearers were Rob ert M. Searle, Terry A. Larsen, Scott Robbins, Don B. Perry, Alva T. Larsen, Tracy R. Larsen, Mark Robbins and Troy R. Larsen. Errol W. Robbins was born Sept. 9, 1904 in Lindon to William John and Elizabeth Ann Harris Robbins. He married Evelyn Adams on Nov. 10, 1932 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was an active member of the LDS Church and served ser-ved as a clerk, counselor in the high priest group, on a stake mission and was an endowment en-dowment worker in the Provo Temple. He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Fire Department and retired from Geneva Steel Fire Department Depar-tment after 27 years of service. ser-vice. Survivors include his wife, two sons and two daughters, Mrs. Alva (Colleen) Larsen, Pleasant Grove; Daryl D. Robbins, Tremonton; Kay W. Robbins, Orem; Mrs. Robert (Barbara Ann) Searle, Kent, Washington; 20 grandchildren, gran-dchildren, two greatgrandchildren; great-grandchildren; two brothers and four sisters, William H. Robbins, Ruelon Rob bins, Ann Lewis, Mrs. Harold H. (Lola) Bullock, all of Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Belva Newsome, Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Roy (Ella) Campbell, Wellington. |
