Show i Informal Party Honors Bride-to-Be Mrs. Pvichard Walker entertained at an informal party Wednesday evening in compliment to her daughter Ellen Dawn, who on June 1st became the bride of Bryan Bez-zant, Bez-zant, son of Mr. and Mrs. Math-ew Math-ew Bezzant, at a prettily arranged church wedding in the First ward chapel with Bishop H. S. Walker of the Grove ward officiating. The prenuptial affair was held m the Second ward chapel where a large crowd of relatives and friends came to wish the popular bnde elect good wishes and leave gifts for the young couple. Miss Anne Clark played preliminary prelim-inary and special musical numbers, num-bers, and Donna Ash was mistress of ceremonies. Mrs. Doris Johnson sang vocal numbers, accompanied by Mrs. Ruth Lovell; Miss Marianne Moyle gave a humorous reading; Mrs. Margaret Caldwell sang a vocal solo and Miss Utahna Walker played play-ed a medley of musical numbers. Barbara Jensen accompanied by Beverly Wright played a violin solo. so-lo. Miss Estelle Fenton gave a clever clev-er toast to the bride-elect and Mrs. Nancy Armstrong read a one-act one-act play. Refreshments -were served by Merle Bezzant, Jeannine Pack, Roberta Ro-berta Johnson and Maxine Gill-man. Gill-man. Arranging the gift display were LaRue and LaVon Fautin, Lillian Hardman, Joan Smith, Mrs. Lois Tervort, and Mrs. Bertha Bryce. Patricia Pack and Willa Mae Johnson. |
