Show I ii i or mal Varty ISonors ltritle Mrs. Rulon H. Robbins entertained enter-tained at an informal party on Tuesday evening of last week honoring hon-oring her daughter, Mrs. D. L. Adamson, nee Ada Robbins. The very pleasant affair was held in the First ward recreation hall . which was tastefully decorated decor-ated with baskets of peonies, iris, and other spring flowers. Mrs. Harold Bullock was mistress mist-ress of ceremonies and conducted the spicy program, a violin solo, "Tales from Vienna Woods," by Ardena Beck, accmpanied by Mary Poulson; a reading by Maxene Stewart; a vocal solo, "Linda" by Alta May Whitely accompanied by Donetta Swenson; a toast to the bride by Ruth Cobbley; violin solo Symphony, Georgia Lee Bullock, accompanied by Ann Alene Jacobs. Reading by Mary Lou Whitely; two vocal solos, "Anniversary Song " and "I Love You Truly", Lynell Johnson accompanied by Ann Alene Jacobs; Piano selection, "Mendolssohn's Wedding March, Ann Alene Jacobs; vocal solo, "Wait and See" by Delores Robbins, Rob-bins, accompanied by LuJean Schoonover. The lovely gift display was cared for by Anne Lewes, Velma Robbins, Rob-bins, Thelma Robbins, Evelyn Robbins, LuJean Schooney, and RuthGamett. Refreshments were sedved by cousins of the bride. |
