McCausland Mc-Causland are announcing the engagement and marriage of their daughter Colleen, to David Dav-id J. Grimshaw, son of Mr. and Mrs. George D. Grimshaw of Enoch Utah. The young couple will exchange ex-change marriage vows tomorrow, tomor-row, August 16 in the Salt Lake Temple, with Henry D. Taylor assistant to the twelve, officiating. offic-iating. A reception will honor the couple in the Third-Sixth Ward Cultural Hall the same evening. On Saturday, August 17, an open house will be held at Enoch. The bride will wear a white peau de soie gown, fashioned with a jewel neckline, long scalloped edge sleeves and a fitted bodice, lavishly detailed with French Alencon lace, re-embroidered re-embroidered with seed pearls and crystals. Her tiered silk illusion veil will be secured by a charming Camelot headpiece covered with matching peau de soie. Matron of honor will be Linda M. Walker, sister of the bride, with Francine Aiken, Carla P. Grimshaw, Dee Ann Stubbs, Jill Richan and Geniel Davis as bridesmaids. Best man duties will be shared shar-ed by Alan Grimshaw, brother of the groom and Vern Grimshaw, Grim-shaw, a cousin. Colleen is a graduate of the Pleasant Grove High School and Seminary and attended College of Southern Utah. She is presently employed at the Forest Service office in Cedar City. David graduated from Cedar City High School and Seminary. He fulfilled an LDS Mission to Mexico and Texas and at present pres-ent is attending the College of Southern Utah. After a honeymoon the young couple will make their home at Enoch, Utah. |
