Show BASTIAN-RASMUSSEN WEDDING RECEPTION The wedding reception of Mr. and Mrs. Max Rasmussen was a very lovely affair. The bridal party formed a beautiful background in the Third ward amusement hall, as they stood in front of the stage with its decorations of fall flowers and maple leaves. The entire room was a lovely bower of these decorations. decor-ations. The bridal party consisted of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis E. Bastian, the bridegroom's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rasmus-sen; Rasmus-sen; the matron of honor, Mrs. Christine Jolley, a sister; Marvin Radmall, best man; Miss Verna Bas-tian, Bas-tian, maid of honor; the bridesmaids, brides-maids, Bernice Christiansen, Lucille Fugal and Delilah Fugal. The bride was lovely in white satin, carrying a bridal bouquet of red roses. The matron of honor wore cerise satin, the maid of honor was gowned in pink satin and the bridesmaids in blue and yellow net. J. Orlando Jolley, a brother-in-law of the bride from Provo, acted act-ed as master of ceremonies. Vocal solos were given by William Knud-sen Knud-sen and Mr. Terry; instrumental numbers by Virl Martin; instrumental instrumen-tal and vocal nuiftbers by Bernice Christiansen and Lucille Fugal and readings by Carol Christiansen. Many beautiful gifts w-ere received re-ceived by the young couple. |
