In accordance with a policy pol-icy established inl9S9. the BLM, in concert with the Forest Service, adjusts the minimum annual and site reservation fee for all commercial com-mercial and competitive use of Special Recreation Permits every three years. The BI.M's minimum annual fee will remain unchanged this year at $S0, while the minimum assignedreserved site fee wilf be adjusted to $160, a $5 increase, for all commercial commer-cial use of Special Recreation Permits. The amount of the fee adjustment is based on the Gross National Product Implicit Price Deflator Index. The automatic adjustment policy was published pub-lished on Oct. 19.19S9. (54 FR 4299S. Maegan Dixon and Jennie Helquist represented represent-ed the Vikings on the Region 7 girls' all-star squad. Steve Farnsworth was the sole Pleasant drove player on the region's all-star all-star boys' squad. In the first quarter of the girls' game, Dixon hit an inside shot to help Region 7 secure a 6-0 lead. Eight points from Candice Fischer of Lehi helped Region 7 lead by as far as 19-11. Led by Shalee Fackrell of Wasatch, Region 6 battled back wihin 19-14 by the end of the quarter. With Miriam Palkki dominating the boards in the early second quarter, Region 6 outscored Region 7 10-4 to pull ahead 24-23. Mountain View's Brittney Tressler put Region 7 ahead 27-26, and the half ended with her team owning a 31-27 31-27 lead. Region 6 stayed close to its opponent in the second half. Once Lisa Jarman put Region 6 ahead 69-67 in the fourth quarter, an ensuing 8-0 scoring run kept Region 7 from catching up. Region 6 took the game 7S-76. In the boys' game, Farnsworth pumped in 13 points to tie Mountain View's Justin Critchfield as Region 7's second highest scorers. Farnsworth battled hard for rebounds and shot well through the night. After a foul shot from Lone Peak's Jeff Bahr sent Region 7 ahead 3-0, Region 6 came alive. A trey from American Fork's Andrew Van Buren tied the game at 6-6. Lehi's Lance Yates broke the tie to give the lead back to Region 7. For the next three quarters, quar-ters, the lead changed hands frequently. After Region 7 had secured a 65-51 65-51 lead on a 25-20 scoring run in the third quarter, the momentum shifted. Once Timpview's Travis Clyde broke a 75-75 tie with a three-pointer, Region 6 buried Region Seven in a 23-10 scoring run. It gave Region 6 a 98-85 win. 7 ?f .
