Show Funeral Rites Held Last Saturday for Thomas N. Fenton Funeral services were held Saturday for Thomas N. Fenton, Fent-on, 86, who died last Wednesday Wednes-day at the American Fork Hospital of complications following fol-lowing surgery. He was born Sept. 9, 1886 in Pleasant Grove, a son of Nelson T. and Mary Ann West Fenton. He married Ethel Walker on Nov. 30, 1910 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, and she died July 26, 1932. On Jan. 10, 1935 he married Ethel Drysdale in the Salt Lake Temple and she died Jan. 14,. 1963. Active in the LDS Church, he served a mission to Australia from 1906 to 1909, served a stake mision and was on the stake high council. At the time of his death he was a high priest in the First ward. Survivors include two sons and one daughter, Ray W. Fenton Fen-ton and Don W. Fenton, of PI. Grove and Mrs. Forrest (Elaine) (El-aine) Smith Susanville, Calif.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Rand (Beth) Stephens, Provo; 22 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; one brother and two sisters, Richard Fenton, Mrs. Maud Richards and Estella Fenton, Fen-ton, all of Pleasant Grove. The services were under the direction of Bishop Gordon K. Allred of the First Ward. Speakers were David Richards Rich-ards and Patriarch Lewis J. Harmer and remarks by Bishop Allred. Musical selections were rendered ren-dered by JoAnne Brady and Patricia Seely. They were accompanied ac-companied by Beverly Christe-son. Christe-son. Family prayer by Forrest V. Smith; invocation, by Tom K. Fenton and bendiction bv Paul Blackhurst. Dedication of the grave in the PI. Grove City Cemetery by President T. Ardie Adams.
