Show Funeral Rite for Clive E. Bowden J Held Wednes day Funeral services for CI ive E. Bowden, 47, 535 East 3rd North Pleasant Grove, will be held Wednesday in the LDS iHixth Ward Chapel. Friends may call at Olpin Family Mortuiary, Pleasant Grove, prior to the services. Graveside services and burial bur-ial will be at 2 p.m. at the Roosevelt City Cemetery. Mr. Bowden died Saturday night in American Fork Hospital Hos-pital from injuries received about two hours earlier when he was struck by a car as he was walking across State Street at Fifth East in American Fork The car was reportedly driven driv-en by Harry C. Candland, 44, 815 North Fourth East, Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove, who was driving west at the time of the impact. Mr. Bowden was born April 11, 1921 in Vernal to Charles E. and Elizabeth Thomas Bowden. Bow-den. Married Ruby Hadden, January, 1953, in Myton, Duchesne Duch-esne County., later divorced. Construction worker. Survivors include a son and daughter, Billie E., Dorothy May, both Pleasant Grove; mother, Roosevelt; brothers, sisters, Ronald, Henderson. Nev, Harold, Baldwin Park Calif.; Mrs. Albert (Catherine) Atwood, Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Roy J. (LuRene) Foster, Bountiful; Boun-tiful; Mrs. Bryce (Caroleen) MacKay, Vernal; Mrs.O.
