M. at the coops in rear of the Ken Singleton residence in eastern part of American Ameri-can Fork, Utah, expose for sale at public auction and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, a flock of about 800 chickens under and by virtue of a certain chattel mortgage thereon, executed to the Poultry Finance Fi-nance Corporation of Utah, as Mortgagee, Mort-gagee, by Reed Dunkley, Alice Dunk-ley Dunk-ley and Shirl Dunkley, of American Fork, Utah, as Mortgagors, and dated dat-ed April 9, 1936 and filed in the office of the Recorder of Utah County, Coun-ty, Utah. Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness therein described and the mortgagee deeming deem-ing itself insecure and unsafe in the payment of the debt secured, as provided pro-vided in said chattel mortgage and having taken possession of said chickens under the terms and conditions condi-tions of said mortgage, will sell the said chickens on the said date. The chickens were described in the said mortgage as consisting in 1936 of 1600 yearling hens and 3700, 1936 pullets, together with all chickens belonging to the mortgagors then or thereafter brought upon mortgagor's mort-gagor's premises. The amount owing on the said indebtedness in-debtedness secured by the mortgage at the date of first publication is $1171.63. First Publication July 14, 1939. Last Publication July 28, 1939. Dr. 0.
