The committee has been cabled by Chairman McKay to meet Tuesday to set i heir plans iu motion ut once, uml a general meeting of tno wool growers of the state called by the farm bureau aud the growers association will be held during the coming conference week. Meanwhile, the details of the plan will bo sent out to all sheepmen in the state. Among the details it is That the provided tts follows: wool will be handled ut absolute cost; that th wool will be properly shipped a'hl graded; llmt it will be so storoil us to permit the issuance against it of negotiable warehouse receipts; that the financing shall include provision for the remission to the growers of an advance, probably at the time of receipt at the ship ping point, and that complete will be accomplished ais as possible, and that every rapidly cent duo the growers will be remitt ed to them expeditiously. Mr. Armstrong reported that dur- ing the last week he and Mr. Bigc low presented the general plans of the pool to the clearing house assoeiation of Salt Lake and Ogden had and that the bank members they given their assurance that, would undertake to finance a pool of 5, 000,000 pounds of Utah wool under proper conditions, with the customers, provision, moreover, that Idaho of the banks in Wyomingf and Nevada might be permitted by, th, pool committee to add their j w ools. The plans of the committee, in general, as outlined in the agreement last night, call for the liandl-ing of the wool through contracts', between each individual grower and, the central committee, the committee' to have complete authority in the financing, storing and selling of the j wool.
