He is well thought of by farmers. They respect his judgement and over the years he has built a reputation as a conservationist that is unexcelled. A man who has always had time to listen to a farmers problems and ideas, who has never lacked for an encouraging word or a suggestion pertaining to their operation. We take our hats off to you Ray. We hope you are going to stay with us in this district to furthur our work here.
