Nay Funeral services were conducted May 13, 1967 in the West Ward Chapel for Clifton William Nay. Bishop Rex A. Hiatt officiated. A family prayer at the Mortuary prior to leaving for the Chapel was offered by Gardello Nay. Prelude and postlude music was played by Betty Hurst and invocation was offered by Earl Nay. There was a duet sung by Robert and Vernon Finch, How Great Thou Are. accompanied by Albert Payne. Speakers were Harold Taylor and Abner H. Baird. Shirley Nay The Garden, ac- companied by Suzann Nay who also played a piano solo, 0 My Father. Bishop Hiatt gave the closing remarks and benediction was pronounced by Clyde Nay. Burial was in the Payson City Cemetery under the direction of Keith Jolley Mortuary where the grave was dedicated by Hans Peterson. Pallbearers were Dallas Pet- erson, Charles Nay, Me mis Nay, Carlos DeLong, Boyd E. Taylor, and Clark DeLong. We wish to expre ss our heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the relatives friends and neighbors who were so kind to us during our recent bereavement. Mr. Davis has taught school in Salem, Dividend, Benjamin, Payson Junior High School, Springville Junior High School, and the Taylor, Park View and Peteetneet Schools of Pay-so- n. He served as principal in Dividend, Benjamin, Taylor and Peteetneet. He is a live member of the National Education Association. An innovation in the elementary schools of Payson was his introducation of an elementary school band. His efforts in the beautification of the Peteetneet School grounds is greatly appreciated by Principal Jack Powell who is carrying on the secondary phase of the work.
