The two DUP Camps of Santaquin, Camp Summit and Camp Chief Santaquin, met jointly Thursday afternoon in observance of the closing social for the season. A hot dinner, program and lesson was enjoyed by the 40 women present. Captains Morgan and Irean Peterson were in charge. Mrs. Sandra Howard Armstrong underwent surgery Thursday in the Payson hospital. Dickenson will observe his 87th birthday on May 28. He was born on May 26, 1873 in Santa Clara, Utah, a son of James and Sarah Jane Snyder He has lived in Dickenson. Santaquin 37 years. He has been an active LDS church worker, having served on the H gh Council and all auxiliaries in the church. He and Mrs. Dickenson will also observe their 61st wedding anniversary on May 31. They were married in the Manti temple on May 31, 1899. They traveled by team from Panguitch to Manti for the I. H.
