Hinton Wednesday announced he would seek the Democrat c nomination for Secretary of State. Senator Hinton, a 33 year old la vyer has served in the past session of the Legislature and is chairman of an Educational Subcommittee of the Utah Legislative Council. He has a political science Degree from the B.Y.U. and is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Law. Although a native of H ;rr cane.
