Billy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marlyn Francom of Payson. The young couple left shortly after the ceremony for a honeymoon to Las Vegas, Boulder Dum and the Southern Utah Parks. They returned home Tuesday. The groom is in the armed forces and will leave Friday for a base in Arkansas. He is also a graduate of Payson High School and the bride is a senior at thq. same school and intends to graduate from high school this year.
