H. Reece, met with the County Commissioners in continuing with their efforts to obtain the oiling of the West Mountain roads from the Sugar Factory west to the McBeth cross roads and south to the Keigley Quary and north to the Benjamin road. The cooperation of the County Commissioners have been obtained and if certain funds can be diverted to this project, the farmers in this area and people living in Genola will have an oiled road to market. Through the coneen-tiou- s and diligent efforts of this committee, great steps have been taken which will not onlv improve the value of their properties, but have placed the oiling of this road ahead several years.
