Will Robinson, representative from the district. Others, all of them post-- , sare: Salt Lake City, $1,700, Murray, $120,000; Midvale, sandy and Kaysville,$90,000 each; Magna, Bountiful, Clearfield, Lay- L;tRleea0a"tGrove and American $85,000 each. All of these buildings are submitted for congressional being approval with the idea that their construction will he undertaken as funds aie made available by congress, preference being given to communities where an situation develops. Emergency Projects However, there will be a special list of emergency projects, where the need for federal buildings is urgent, and those projects, it is hoped, will be pronty of right, regardless ofgiven the employment situation. Whether the Pay-so- n building will be put in the urgent class has not been decided. HEARING UNDER WAY Hearings are now under way before the house buildings committee on a bill which would authorize an extensive postwar program. This bill would merely authorize construction of the buildings proposed; subsequently it will be necessary for congress to provide the funds for as much of the program as it feels should be carried out in the near future.
