BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PAYSON CITY: SECTION 1 That Eighth South Street in Pay son City, Utah, shall henceforth be vacated and closed as a street from Main Street running east for a distance of 673.38 feet. 2. That First East SECTION Street in Payson City, Utah, shall henceforth be vacated and closed as a street from Seventh South Street running south to the end of the said I irst East Street. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published on the 21st day of June, 11)29, in the newspaper published in Payson City, Utah, and shall take effect upon, from and after its publication.
