The banquet was cooked by the girls who had the entertainment in charge. After the banquet dancing was enjoyed by all who attended. We started to make a clay Pueblo build ing, and have all the bricks made, but the house, which w'as partly built, fell in, so now we must build it all over again. We are also studying furs. We are going to make charts of our furs. The second grade have made a hood, a jacket and some dresses for their doll. They are making a braid ed rag rug for the doll house. They are also writing stories about the doll in their doll book. Through the courtesy of the D. T, R. Co. A Crosley Radio machine was installed in the school on the first floor and every child was saeted in the hall. The children were delighted to hear this program. Tuesday at, noon the teachers prepared a surprise luncheon for the principal . Mrs. Genevieve Ellsworth. Each teacher and the janitor is to be the recipient of such a luncheon. Mrs. Minnie Perkins has already been hostess to one of these affairs. The tests for the fifth grade were , given last week. The fourth and fifth . grade children are endeavoring to keep their room neater. Beth Clayson suggested a star at night if all desks were in order. This is being done.
