Such a precedent would not be established. The opposition groups have used national publications and other means to present false information to the people of the United States. The Kiwanis club has taken the lead to inform congressmen from other states the true facts concerning the Echo Park Dam by having their constituents send them letters urging support of the project. Neely, engineer of the Reclamation Bureau, headquarters at Provo, will speak on the Central Utah Irrigation Project. One of the best authorities on this subject, Mr. Neely will bring charts and maps to explain the importance of the project to the State of Utah.
