Welling, Secretary of State, has opened a branch office at the City & County Bldg. Provo, for the distribution of automobile license plates for 1932. This office will be open each business day from 9 A. M. to 5 P. M., until March 1st. In order to get the plates it is necessary to have the 1931 certificate of registration and a certificate of assessment, for 1932. This office is proving a great convenience to the motoring public of this district, as it is possible to get the plates without going to Salt Lake cny.
