BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PAYSON CITY, UTAH: SECTION 1. Parking of Vehicle ;. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeaor and upon cohvictjion thereof shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed FIFTY DOLLARS, or by confinement in the city jail for not more than THIRTY DAY'S, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
